

Cider made by Tom and Sally Belford of Bobar fame. Farmed organically at the Yering Farm orchard in the centre of the Yarra Valley, Adam’s Evening cider is made with fruit and nothing else. We like to think of them as the Pet-Nat of the cider world, or as we’ve coined it: Fruit-Nat.
We currently have their “Two Fruits” available, which is a blend of early ripening varieties of Howell, Packham, Beurre Bosc pears and Gala apples are used for the base of this blend, and late harvest Sundowner apples added prior to the bottling for a seconday fermentation.
